Please note that the connected WhatsApp and Telegram accounts must be created at least 7 days before the connection, and there must be active messaging from the account.
QR Code Scanning
The connection process usually takes no more than 5 minutes, and you will need:
A phone with the WhatsApp Business app installed (this phone will be used for scanning).
A laptop, tablet, or another phone to access the personal account (this device will display the QR code for scanning).
Important: The QR code must be scanned directly from the link in the browser. Scanning from a screenshot will not work, as the code is dynamic and updates every 10 seconds.
Steps to Connect:
Open the link to your personal account from the email you received after activating the demo version.
Open the link on a computer, tablet, or phone (if using a phone, make sure to enlarge the QR code to full screen).
Go to the Channels section.
Find the WhatsApp block and click Scan QR Code.
After clicking the button, a window with a QR code will open. It will also contain a “Reset” button (if you need to connect a different phone).
Now, take the phone that will be used for sending notifications, open the WhatsApp app, and tap:
⚙ (iPhone) or ⋮ (Android) → Linked Devices → Link a Device
The camera will open, and you need to point it at the QR code that we opened in the previous step.
If the scan is successful, within a few seconds, the “Connection Established” message will appear in the personal account, and a new device will be displayed in the WhatsApp app on your phone.
At this point, the setup is complete, and you can close the personal account page.
Alternative Connection Method
If you don’t want to provide the administrator with access to the personal account, you can copy the link to the QR code page and send it to the administrator for scanning.
To do this, go to Channels → WhatsApp → ⋮ → QR Code Link.
After clicking, the link will be copied, and you can send it for scanning.
Device Linking via Code
If you are unable to scan the QR code for any reason, please contact technical support, and we will switch your account to code input mode. In this case, scanning the QR code will not be necessary; you will only need to enter a code.
Steps to Link via Code:
On the phone that will be used for sending notifications, open the WhatsApp app and tap:
⚙ (iPhone) or ⋮ (Android) → Linked Devices → Link a Device → Link with Phone Number Instead
A screen will appear with a field for entering the code.
Go to the personal account of the service in the Channels section → WhatsApp, or open the QR code page, where you will see the code that needs to be entered into the WhatsApp app on your phone.
The code is dynamic and updates approximately once per minute.
If the code is entered successfully, the “Connection Established” status will appear, and a new device will be displayed in the WhatsApp app on your phone.
Possible Errors
In most cases, the QR code scans without issues, but sometimes the WhatsApp app may display an error. Here are the most common ones and how to resolve them:
Currently, new devices cannot be linked
Make sure you are scanning the QR code directly from the personal account/page, not from a screenshot.
Try again.
Invalid QR Code
Click the “Reset” button.
Wait a couple of minutes.
Try scanning the QR code again.
Additional Tips
We recommend using the WhatsApp Business app on your phone for proper integration functionality.
Ensure that both devices (the phone and the device displaying the QR code) are connected to the same internet network.
If you’re unable to connect the phone to the service, try restarting both devices and attempting again.
If the phone used for sending notifications has a non-functional camera and cannot scan the QR code, contact technical support for assistance.
