A disconnection between your device and the service can occur for many reasons unrelated to our service, such as: technical problems, internet connection problems, server load, etc.

Unfortunately, this is a normal occurrence and can happen either on our or other providers' services, or on the web version of WhatsApp, such as web.whatsapp.com

Our service is based on WhatsApp web and in this case is no different from WhatsApp web, which also breaks the connection with the phone.

Possible causes of WhatsApp connection breakdown:

  1. Incomplete synchronization

Insufficient time to download chats after scanning a QR code before exiting the app.

Wait for synchronization to complete before closing the app. The new device should display the Active status.

  2. WhatsApp update

A disconnect occurs when the version of WhatsApp you authorized on the service is different from the latest version of the WhatsApp mobile app. You need to open the WhatsApp app in the Appstore (for iPhone) or Google Play (for Android) and make sure the app is updated to the latest version.

We also recommend that you enable auto-update for WhatsApp.

  3. Bulk messages

One-step mailings (more than 25 messages per minute) of messages with the same text to a large number of recipients (more than 300 contacts per day) can provoke a connection breakdown, as well as considered by the messenger as spam, as a consequence of which the number may be blocked in WhatsApp.

  4. The maximum number of available sessions has been exceeded

You can connect up to 4 linked devices to one WhatsApp number.

Before authorization, check active sessions in the Linked devices section and delete unnecessary sessions.

  5. Lack of activity in the app

WhatsApp periodically updates encryption keys and if the primary phone has been turned off and has not been online for more than 14 days, it is possible to disconnect the session. If there is no activity in WhatsApp for 30 days - WhatsApp authorization will be terminated by WhatsApp.

  6. Not enough memory on your device

If your phone doesn't have enough memory, WhatsApp may drop the connection because it lacks the resources to function. Clear the cache of unused programs or uninstall unnecessary apps.
