Bulk messages from CRM

When using the service to send bulk messaging from third-party CRM systems to the customer base, the probability of being blocked by WhatsApp and/or Telegram is much higher due to the specifics of sending messages from CRM (as a rule, messages are sent one-step at a time).

Some CRMs have the ability to send bulk messages directly from the system, but we cannot be responsible for the correct sending of mailings in a third-party service and do not provide support for mass mailings from third-party CRMs. Mailing is done at your own risk.

Mailings from YCLIENTS and ALTEGIO are limited to 25 messages per minute to reduce the chance of number blocking in messengers. When sending through the above CRMs, there is no possibility to view statistics on sent messages, spintax (text randomization to avoid blocking), etc.

To create mass mailings to the client base, it is recommended to connect messenger marketing (mailing module), which is designed for smooth interval mailings, the configuration of mailing parameters is carried out through the interface of our personal cabinet.
