  • Chat is enabled only if 1 phone number is assigned to a branch;

  • The chat is available only in the ALTEGIO web version on the computer;

  • To access the chat, the ALTEGIO user must have the following permissions set: Journal block - Show phone numbers and Appointment Calendar - Access to customer data.

Connecting

Go to ALTEGIO โ†’ Integrations โ†’ Notifications. Select Integrilla from the list of aggregators. On the page that opens, click on the Settings tab.

Under the heading Extra Settings, click the radio button next to the text Activate chat in Alteg.io.

Setup is complete. The chat will automatically appear in the sidebar in the logbook on the Chat tab and on the Appointment Calendar tab in the visit window.


Chat capabilities in the appointment calendar

  • Chat is available in the appointment calendar and can be opened/closed with one button.

  • The chat does not overlap the appointment calendar, but opens on the right side as a widget.

  • While chatting with a customer, you can simultaneously make a visit to the customer.

  • The chat remains open when switching days of the week in the appointment calendar.

  • The chat remains open when you switch to any mode of the appointment calendar, such as Employee Schedule for the week or Resources.

  • A full history of correspondence with the customer is available in the chat room.

  • The chat button displays a red Push when there is a new incoming message from a client. If you need to disable pop-up notifications of new messages, please write to us in support.


Chat options in the booking window

  • The chat is located on the Appointment Details tab and is opened by the Chat Beta button.

  • Chat automatically pulls up correspondence with a client from a visit, if their number is entered and there is WhatsApp on that number.

  • When creating a new visit, chat is not available because it "doesn't know" the customer's phone number. Enter a customer's phone number and chat will automatically find correspondence with the customer and display it if there is WhatsApp on that number

  • Full history of correspondence with the client is available in the chat.
