Planfix Settings
Go to your Planfix personal account → Account Management → Integrations → Messengers → WhatsApp and select Integrilla.
A window will open, from which you need to copy the values of the fields “Request Reception Address” and “Authorization Key” for Integrilla.
In a separate tab, go to your Integrilla personal account (login credentials were sent to your email upon registration). Then, navigate to Integrations → Planfix Integration for Chats and Notifications.
In the opened window, paste the value from the “Request Reception Address” field into the top field, and the “Authorization Key” for Integrilla into the bottom field, then click the “Connect” button.
If the data is entered correctly, the window will reload, and a field will appear where you need to enter the phone number without symbols, starting with the country code. Then, toggle the switch next to the field to enable it.
After enabling, the status “Active” will be displayed, and a “WhatsApp Key for Planfix” field will appear. Copy the value by clicking the corresponding button.
Return to the tab with your Planfix personal account and paste the copied key into the “Authorization Key for Planfix” field.
Under the “Connected Numbers” section, click “Add+”, then enter the phone number (without symbols, starting with the country code) that you previously entered in the Integrilla personal account, and click “Add”.
Complete the settings in the “Number Settings” section and click the “Save” button.
