Please note that the connected WhatsApp and Telegram accounts must be created at least 7 days before the connection, and there must be active messaging from the account.
Activation of Cascade Sending
Go to the Integrations section – Cascade Sending in your personal account.
Set the desired order of message delivery to channels by arranging the messengers in the required sequence.
Activation of Chats
Go to the Integrations section and navigate to the Rent in Hand section.
Enable the desired messengers where you want to communicate from Rent in Hand by toggling the switch.
Rent in Hand Setup
Copy the Token from the Integrations – Rent in Hand section by clicking the copy icon.
Go to Rent in Hand → Integrations, click Connect Integrilla, and in the pop-up window, enter the previously copied Token, then click Save.
After saving, enable or disable the necessary features by checking or unchecking the boxes.
Now the chat and notifications are available in the system. Enable the notifications you need and edit the template.
