Instructions for connecting

Open the ALTEGIO → Integrations → Notifications section from your computer/tablet/phone. Select Integrilla from the list of integrations. On the opened page, click the Settings tab.

In the block with the title Telegram, click on the text on the red background that says "Scan QR".

Please note that the Telegram account to be connected must be created at least 14 days before connection, and the account must be used to communicate.

After clicking on the text, a window with a QR code will open. There will also be a "Reset" button in it if you need to connect another phone.

Now you need to take the phone from which notifications will be sent with installed Telegram, open the Telegram app and click:

⚙ Settings → Devices → Connect device

The camera will open, which you need to point to the QR code that we opened in the previous step.

After successful scanning, the text "Connection established" will be displayed in a few seconds, and a new device will appear in the application on the phone.

After connecting Telegram, you can proceed to configure cascade sending.


Possible errors

Make sure you are scanning the QR code directly from your account or the page with the QR code, not from a screenshot, and try again.

The code was scanned, but nothing happened.

Check, most likely a block with the title Incomplete login attempts appeared in the Telegram Devices section.

In such a case, it is necessary to wait a few seconds and enter the password from the Telegram account in the pop-up window and then press the Confirm button (the entered data is confidential and will not be accessible to anyone. The password is required solely for device binding).

After successfully entering the password, a notification will appear stating that the connection has been established and the pop-up window can be closed.
