Cascading messages can be performed in the following order:

- Telegram - WhatsApp - SMS;
- WhatsApp - Telegram - SMS;
- WhatsApp - SMS;
- Telegram - SMS;
- WhatsApp - Telegram;
- Telegram - WhatsApp.

SMS messages are sent last. Messages are not duplicated in messengers. ​ Currently, the following SMS aggregators are available for connection: Messagio (SMS notifications are billed according to the cost of the selected SMS aggregator), Integrilla SMS (included in the price, only for Android).

Connect Telegram according to <a href="https://support.integrilla.io/en/articles/8490125-telegram-connection">this instruction</a>;

Connect SMS notifications according to <a href="https://support.integrilla.io/en/articles/8493956-sms-notifications-connecting">this instruction</a>;

Go to the ALTEGIO → Integrations → Notifications section. Select Integrilla from the list of aggregators. On the opened page, go to the Settings tab.;

Click on the Cascade Delivery and BlockList tab.

- Connect SMS notifications according to <a href="https://support.integrilla.io/en/articles/8493956-sms-notifications-connecting">this instruction</a>;
- Go to the ALTEGIO → Integrations → Notifications section. Select Integrilla from the list of aggregators. On the opened page, go to the Settings tab.;
- Click on the Cascade Delivery and BlockList tab.

Next, set the desired notification delivery sequence. After completing, click the Save button.
