This is an additional option that can be connected at your discretion.

If the client does not have WhatsApp on their phone or the message is not delivered due to technical reasons, an SMS will be sent to them.

Currently, the following aggregators can be connected:

  • Messaggio (billing according to the cost of the service);

  • Integrilla SMS (included in the price of the notification delivery tariff).

Integrilla SMS connecting

Please note that connection is only possible for Android (version 6.0 and above) devices.

The application allows you to send SMS messages from your mobile operator's SMS tariff package.

Download the application: link

  • Install the application on the phone from which notifications will be sent using the link above;

  • Open the ALTEGIO → Integrations → Notifications section on your computer/tablet/phone. Select Integrilla from the list of aggregators. On the opened page, go to the Settings tab. In the block with the title SMS, click on the text on a red background "Mobile app not connected. Click here to connect";

  • After clicking on the text, a window with a QR code will open;

Open the downloaded application. Now you need to connect using one of the methods of your choice:

  1. Scan the qr-code by pointing the phone's camera at the qr-code;

  2. Copy the unique code from the field below the qr-code and paste it into the application in the Enter your unique authentication code field;

  3. If you followed all the above instructions directly from your work phone, then click on the button under the field with the code and the connection will happen automatically.

On successful authorization, you will be redirected to the home screen. Tap the ⚙ icon in the upper right corner:

The following permissions are required for the application to work properly:

  • SMS;

  • Notifications;

  • Camera (not necessary for the application to work, but you need permission when scanning a qr-code);

  • Background operation (item Disable battery optimization; it is necessary for the application to always be able to send SMS, even if it is closed or minimized).

Click on each item in the Permissions block and grant the required permissions.

Once all necessary permissions have been granted, you can return to the main screen by clicking on the ← (Back) icon. Then, on the main screen, click the Start sending button. After pressing the button the text will change to Stop sending. In the personal area of the service will be displayed the status Connected is established application is active.

The main screen of the application will display information about received messages for sending: recipient's phone number, message text and sending status.

Monitor the status of the Internet connection, because if the Internet connection is lost, the messages will be sent with an error and will not be delivered, as well as the status in the notification panel (notification bar):

  • If the application is working correctly, the notification status will be Connected and the color of the application icon will be blue.

  • If the Internet connection is lost, the status will change to Disconnected and the color of the application icon will change to red. This can happen when the connection to the server is lost (when there is no internet connection). In this case, the application will try to reconnect to the server every minute. After successful reconnection, the notification will change its status and color.
