When confirming/canceling an appointment, the appointment will automatically change its status in ALTEGIO depending on the character sent.

When filtering reviews, the text of the message will depend on the option selected by the customer.

Go to ALTEGIO → Integrations → Notifications. Select Integrilla from the list of aggregators. On the page that opens, go to the Settings tab and click on the Appointment Confirmation and Feedback Filtering Bots tab.

The templates support text formatting and emoji. The link to the template customization instructions is located here.

Appointment confirmation

If the client responds with +, a text will be sent to confirm the appointment.

If the client responds with -, a text will be sent to cancel the appointment.

In the Text field when:

  • On confirmation, write the text of the message that will be sent to the client when the appointment is confirmed;

  • On cancellation, write a message similar to the previous item, only when the client cancels the appointment (for example, suggest to reschedule the appointment).

Move the lever near the text Active and click Save Settings.

Go to ALTEGIO → Settings Notifications.

Then select the Types of notifications tab and click the handle (edit) icon next to the Client appointment confirmation request notification.

  • Check the box next to the text Enabled;

  • In the window that opens, in the SMS Template field, select Your own template;

  • In the field below, write a text to confirm the entry by adding a confirmation phrase, for example: “Send + to confirm the visit, - to cancel or reschedule the appointment”;

  • Make sure the SMS field in the box below under Channels is set to Always send;

  • Click the Save button.

Feedback filtering

Enter the text that will be sent to the customer based on their score when requesting feedback.

For example, if the score is 5 or 4, you can add a link to the site you use to collect feedback. If the score is 3, 2, or 1, you may not add a link and just use text.

Move the lever near the text Active and click Save Settings.

Go to ALTEGIO → Settings Notifications.

Then select the Types of notifications tab and click the handle (edit) icon next to the Request a review after a visit booked via online booking widget/via appointment calendar notifications.

  • Check the box next to the text Enabled;

  • In the window that opens, in the SMS Template field, select Your own template;

  • In the field below, write a text to confirm the entry by adding a confirmation phrase, for example: “Rate your experience from 1 to 5”;

  • Make sure the SMS field in the box below under Channels is set to Always send;

  • Click the Save button.
